My niece is trying to obtain employment with school board. She had many struggles in life but achieved many goals. This young lady is raising her siblings along with her two children of her own. She earned her GED and bachelor degree and is currently working towards her master in social work. She has overcome many struggles and is asking for a second chance to prove herself to the society that it is not what we were in the past but what we can become in future. She is a hardworking and dedicated young lady. She volunteers at her children school, work in the church, and in the community. I believe if she is given a second chance school board will not be disappointed but gain a great access to their organizations.
