Task

Implementation of a Quality Management System in a company.

1. Choose a company and write a short description of it: activities, history, number of employees, etc.
2. Define the organizational structure of the company and the roles and responsibilities.
3. Define the Quality Policy of this company, including the Quality Objectives and company’s mission and vision.
4. Draw the Process Map and sort the departments of this company in Strategic, Operational and Supportive.
5. Define the Balanced Score Board, including the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for each process and showing the goal and frequency for each indicator.
6. Define the list of Procedures or Protocols to be implemented in this company.
7. Explain three of these procedures using flow charts.
