I’m working on a data analytics presentation and need a sample draft to help me understand better.

Read the case study( I have attached the case study) and pretend that you are the manager or a research consultant and must assign duties to people to solve the problems that the company is facing. What would you have others do? What quantitative tools would you assign people to use to help in making decisions and why? Be creative. There is no one right answer. In other words, how would you utilize the quantitative tools that you have learned in class to help this company? You will present your findings and recommendations in a power point presentation. A simple 8-10 PPt’s slide presentation should be sufficient. Please note that the Critical Thinking Project (CTP) is not meant to be a number crunching exercise.

I am not concerned about any particular format for the Critical Thinking Project (CTP). I am more concerned about the content, ideas, creative and critical thought.

An objective of the AACSB accreditation process requires “demonstrate proficient use of current communication technologies to gather, organize, transmit and present information in a manner that enhances business processes and productivity”.
