WordPress 2.9 with new “Hellow World”
The upcoming big release of WordPress, WordPress 2.9 is said to revamp the first ever post on every new install that says Hello World and informs you that it is a dumb post.
In the new version instead, the developers have agreed to make the first post look more substantial and contain more useful information, instead of having a article out there like the old hello world that is doomed for revision, if not, immediate deletion.
